5. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order verification.

Stark Aura reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any order.

• Cancel orders due to pricing errors.

• Cancel orders because of stock unavailability.

• Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Payment Methods

We currently accept secure payments through supported payment gateways, including:

• Debit Cards

• Credit Cards

• Net Banking

• Wallets

• Cash on Delivery (where available)

Payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Stark Aura does not store your card or banking information.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders.

An additional ₹20 Cash on Delivery handling fee will be charged per COD order.

This fee covers the additional logistics and payment handling costs associated with the Cash on Delivery service.

8. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges:

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Orders below ₹999 will incur a shipping fee of ₹79.

• Cash on Delivery orders include an additional ₹20 COD handling fee.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed and handed over to our courier partner.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you no longer require the product after dispatch, you may follow the applicable Return or Exchange Policy, subject to eligibility.

10. Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused.

• The item must be unwashed.

• Original tags must remain attached.

• Original packaging should be retained.

• The product must be free from damage caused after delivery.

Products returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

11. Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Customers may request an exchange for:

• Size

• Colour

• Another available product of equal or adjusted value

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Products must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

12. Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not be eligible for return or exchange where permitted by law:

• Products showing signs of use or washing.

• Products without original tags.

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

• Customized or personalized products (if offered).

• Products purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions, unless otherwise stated.

13. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Stark Aura (such as a wrong or defective product).

Refund processing time depends on your payment provider or bank.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product images, graphics, logos, branding, text, designs, videos, and other materials—is the exclusive property of Stark Aura and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
